At first... I wasn't sure... Because of what people say about bikes coming from a broad... Although it is a Uk based website... But... Customer services have been very good...SO FAR...
As for the bike... The build quality is very good... The Battery is very strong... The bike has Huge amounts of power... Seriously...🙂... I have only been using it 2 weeks so far... It's definitely worth the money... and yes , highly recommended...

Great Bike

The bike is great. Very well built and I can testify that it can withstand harsh environments after riding it along the beach and it cleaned up nicely.
I have bad knees so the PAS is a must and I am a large gent and it has enough power to get up some very steep hills.
Excellent customer service and they offer a discount when buying 2 bikes.

Awesome bike and awesome customer service. Done over 130 miles on it now and if you are savy enough you can make the battery last for 45 miles, but once it’s down to below 10% watch out, it’s a 30kg dead weight to pedal home and that’s a killer where I live, there be hills everywhere lol. My partner borrowed it for an afternoon…. She has now bought one too. Would highly recommend getting the fender and rack set, makes a huge difference in protecting yourself and the bike from being absolutely caked in mud/road debris.
Can’t find out where to rest the trip meter on the main display so just waiting for customer service to get back to me, but in all I thoroughly recommend this bike
