Very pleased with my purchase . Quick delivery, well packed and no damage . Easy to put together but give yourself a couple of hours and watch the video on YT. Everything worked out of the box , including plugging in the throttle but kept that for off-road so took off . First test run up and down the road was a breeze . Was peddling fast as got up speed but then realised I didn't need to because of the cadence sensor so immediately relaxed , slowed down my legs but it kept up the same speed - just what I wanted . Would recommend if you want to avoid over excursion and just cruise . Love it .
Ive had my Crazybird Jumper for around a month now and its time to let everyone know what i think of it. im a Coldstream Guards Veteran and this is an honest unpaid review.
the bike arrived well packaged and within an hour i had fitted the front wheel, bars etc and after a full battery charge i was ready to roll. the jumper is the best looking bike ive seen for a long time. the green metallic paintwork is sublime and really makes the bike pop ! the gears are good and work well and the 5 power levels are incredible. the battery is good for around 60 miles dependant on how you use it but most people should not need power level above 1 unless you have a very steep hill or you are not the fittest. i fitted a seat post suspension to the bike just to take away any vibrations although the fat tyres do a fantastic job at doing this. the hydraulic brakes are very good and stop you fast when needed. the front fork is not the best ! but it works ok just slightly jerky when you stop. ive done around 200 miles now on the jumper and its not let me down at all. it is a heavy bike but what e- bike isn't ? i would recommend the crazybird jumper to anyone old and young, im 60 and its given me the ability to go further longer and easier and im having a Blast !! i recommend getting the fender and rack set ( i haven't yet but will soon ) as this will keep you nice and clean when the mud kicks in ! all in all i can say i think its the best money i spent in a very long time ! maybe one day i will go for the full suspension YU8 but for now i will make lots of new memories with this CRAZYBIRD !! Do yourself a favour and go get one ! you will be glad you did !!!
Well, seeing as we may be running out of petrol due to Middle East conflict it seemed a good idea to have a Plan B so that our ponies can continue to be checked/fed. This is it - it is robust, very well made, super easy to ride and Crazybird are a brilliant company to deal with. Questions (however stupid) are answered quickly and my only problem is prising O/H off this lovely bike long enough to ride it myself!! Highly recommend.
I was sceptical in the beginning about buying this bike, but after doing a bit of investigation and based on the reviews I decided to give a try. Today was my first ride ,and I was very impressed , no need for more than PAS 3 , it gives a lot of power and you feel like it is going on its own. Excellent customer service , and after buying support.
What an excellent afternoon! Did over fifteen miles and still had a full charge at the end. Rode along the river Exe from Starcross. Our new Crazybitd CU2 bikes performed perfectly!

Selected the bike after a lot of research. It arrived on time. Following the clear instructions it was easy to build ( I’m in my 80’s) . I found it simple to ride and everything worked as hoped. Thanks Crazybird you have exceeded my expectations!
I used the bike in power 2 only. I live in a relatively flat town on the south coast of England, but there are a few inclines and plenty of off-road gravel. Amazing performance.
Great e-bike! Solid build, powerful motor, and comfortable ride. Battery lasts well, though it’s a bit heavy without power — overall, excellent value for the price.

I bought this bike on Sunday and it came Tuesday! Was kinda easy to assemble and I was provided with a spare handle grip and a free tyre pump!
I've been for a couple of rides and it is amazing, no more struggling up hills and getting tired after a mile.. I struggle to exercise due to health conditions but it has made it so easy.
I second the other review, make sure you tighten the black screws on the handle bars, they're not pre tightened so I was riding around for a day with my handlebars off because I couldn't figure out what was wrong till I read the review😆
Quality of the bike is great, it is however very heavy at 35kg(5.5 stone) which can be a pain getting into tighter places etc.
I enjoy the different modes and the gear switching which is easy to do and it is really handy having a light included for the night time riding, the light is really well in quality and i'd say on par with a headlight for the brightness so I had to direct it down not to dazzle people.
This bike is noisier than its competitors and you can definitely hear it's an E-Bike and there is a small noise in the sprocket too which lets people know you're coming.
As for the range, I can't confirm nor deny if it does go up to 70 miles as I've only done 10 on it and the battery is saying that it's still full which I guess
Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and I am getting out more.

This is one seriously good bike. I've done over 700 miles since the end of September (2024) Powerful motor, hills? What hills. I get about 40 miles on hilly terrain. On flat, who knows, the battery just keeps going. Probably get 65 miles or so out of it. Rides so smooth. Light and horn are a great bonus. I was hyped buying this bike. Some how, its more than lived up to it.

I am extremely indecisive and I was so overwhelmed with all the options on the market and after ALOT of research I decided to get this bike. I've had this bike for 2 months now and did not experience any issues.
I received everything well packaged, and for the most part it was easy to assemble I just followed the tutorial on Youtube. I did however encounter a problem while assembling; I accidentally put the crank arm parallel to the other one which was already attached and I couldn't pull it out to fix it no matter what I tried, so I took it to a shop and they had a tool they used to remove it and reattach in the correct direction. So I would say make sure the crank arm is opposite the other one when assembling. I know its common sense but i'm just a girl :(
Also, the wooden board was a bit chipped so I emailed costumer service with pictures and they sent me a new board within a week which was great.
So far the bike has been great, no issues at all. I commute to work 4 days a week (10 miles/day) and I would say I charge it once a week.
I bought a battery cover off Amazon and I've cycled in extreme weathers and it was just fine!
Random things to note:
- I'm 163 or 5'2 and its comfortable.
- It's legal in the UK
- Took me over a month to discover that the bike comes with a built in horn (just under the control panel)
- The light is extremely bright, I had people stop me to say that I blinded them lol

You have given me my life back as I can no longer walk, but this ebike has saved me, I would say to anyone out there who wants to get out there and get back some independence to buy one of these bike's they are a life changer. I would recommend crazybird there bike are well priced and built to a high standard the after sales are very good to, well done crazybird.
I really like riding the bike. It's really fun. Everything is good for the price. The CU7 is easy to assemble and supports well. I have to say that the delivery time was on time, the well-designed and safe packaging, and the driving experience are great. The uphill support is very good and the speed is also very fast. I am very satisfied with it. This bike is very cost-effective and worth buying.
This bike is beautiful and fast, in fact it can reach almost 25 km/h.
Many people were excited to see it and asked me where I bought it. The appearance is really well designed. It is very simple but also has some special design. I highly recommend it to people who need it. I am 1.61m tall and I can handle CU2 well
In short, it is a good and beautiful bike (it must be said that it looks great) and at a very good price. Super bike, light, fast delivery, everything is good for an amateur, I recommend you to buy it, I drive my car less and less to go to work. I received the bike with some parts missing (but that didn't stop me from using the bike). I reported this to the seller and he sent me the parts without any problems. Therefore, I recommend this bike, it offers a very good value for money and the after-sales service is excellent. In addition, all documents to be able to get the subsidy are available upon request.
I have to point out that the ride is very comfortable and good, I was worried that the seat would not be comfortable but it is not, it is super comfortable to sit and drive. The brakes perform their function perfectly. The front suspension can be adjusted to your liking. What surprised me the most is the rear light that comes as a brake light, like a motorcycle, an excellent idea and luxury.
